I came to write a review about my experience at Crestline and after reading some of these reviews, I know that i absolutely need to write one. It’s clear that some people don’t take their health seriously. I went to a dentist for years that would only do regular cleanings and never did the number chart on my teeth. Unfortunately for me, that had bad effects on my teeth, gums and bone and if you do your research, you’ll know this can actually cause your teeth to get lose and in time, fall out! I am thankful Crestline does their due diligence with their patients and does the treatment actually needed. In my case, i needed a deep cleaning and they explained why and even showed me in X-rays and photos. It’s truly gross what you can see in those pictures and that’s my mouth! Yes they did RECOMMEND the add ons which are definitely pricey but they explained the benefits and gave me the OPTION to do them, which i personally declined due to finances. But they made me feel comfortable when they explained the cleaning itself was gonna benefit me tremendously even without the add ons. What all these reviews seem to fail to mention is that, those add ons are OPTIONAL, they are a modern office and can offer these things, but they don’t force them on you. The reviews also fail to mention they offer payment options. Although my insurance covered a portion of the deep cleaning, i was still given the option to split up the payments if needed because i still needed more dental work. Crestline is an honest dental office and i would rather have an honest dental office telling me what i need (and showing proof of why) then a dental office that just DOES a regular cleaning because people don’t want to invest in their oral health. That seems shady to me! Thank you Crestline for being honest and doing what’s actually needed, giving payment options and just being all around amazing people!
